Added title screen support to retail version. When FS2 loads, it will build a list of PCX files in the current directory, then attempt to display one. If no PCX files exist, it will try to display one of the title screens defined in the code. Freespace 2 will then attempt to superimpose a logo in the upper-left hand corner of the screen. If neither can be displayed, FS2 will function normally.
