Apply KeldorKatarn's no autopilot mission flag patch (And a sexp to toggle it as it is a flag that can be dynamically toggled safely) "use-autopilot" is the SEXP [Applied KK's patch by hand]
Had to move things around and resize the mission specs editor - lots of MSVC2005 autogenerated garbage changes in this diff.

Glide When Pressed key works now!
Also, a fix to the engine sound so that it stops playing when the throttle is at 0. (It used to just stop looping -- but in BtRL for example the sound is 20 seconds long.)
