Summary	0002916: Wings seem to get awarded when a new pilot is created
Description	1) Start a new game 2) Create a new pilot 3) View the medal screen The pilot will be an Ensign, as expected, but he will have either 1 or 2 of the Wings medals (seems to be random). If you keep creating new pilots you keep getting them with Wings medals. The error seems to be in the all_time_stats variable. When the pilot is initially created, his scoring struct is empty as expected. However, when the pilot file is immediately saved, the saved all_time_stats will include at least one Wings medal.
