Summary0002697: Head ANIs play way too fast or are truncated
DescriptionI was testing a FSPort mission this evening with the latest trunk source, and I noticed the head ANIs were behaving oddly. Most of them would start and stop in a split second, as if the WAV file were extremely short, but the WAV file played for its standard duration. This isn't consistent, though, because a few ANIs actually did play at normal speed for their full duration.

Not sure what could be causing this, but I'm wondering if it's related to the fix for 2417. I'm tentatively assigning it to Valathil.
