Summary	0000149: Crash when returning from desktop after Alt-Tab
Description	When I use alt-tab to switch to desktop, then click on the taskbar to return to the game, I get error message telling me that <whatever build filename> caused an error in D3D8.dll. It then goes CTD. I can restart the program without any problems, but the same problem reoccurs. I found this only with Bob's 2003-03-21 and -23, while his r_16 build will perform this opperation without any problems.
Steps To Reproduce	Alt-tab to desktop using either build identified, then try to return to the game.
