I attached an Picture from the Tech-Room... It's the Ulysses you see there...

This seems to be a problem with certain video cards only, though I'm not sure why. It also seems to only affect glow maps so if you run without -glow then it should look fine.

Nope, I'm just stupid. :)

Try the next build and see if it's any better. I haven't tried it under Windows yet but OS X was having the same problem and it's working now.
