Is this Inferno build only? Basically can't create data\players\inferno because data\players hasn't been created? Or is it doing it with standard builds now as well? |

I am not aware of standard builds doing this, but I think it still is a problem with Inferno. |

So then it should disappear when Inferno becomes standard. |

I'm positive that this is simply a permissions problem. On the newer operating systems, the application simply doesn't have the permissions to create a new directory. I'm closing this because the new pilot code will eventually make this issue obsolete. |

This is not a permission issue and goes back to at least XP. It's a failure to create the inferno driectory since the parent directory doesn't exist. So it's more of a cfile issue. Still it will disappear once the inferno sub directory is no longer needed. |
