| Summary | 0001407: Crash with ATI fglrx driver | ||||
| Description | I've got a complete crash after initial video presentation. I've got an ATI Radeon Express 200M, and I'm using fglrx updated proprietary driver on linux. I really don't know if the problem is due to driver or to wrong function call. I also tried to run the game on windows: it runs well if I use DirectX, but with OpenGL I've got the same crash (I didn't debug it on windows, but I suppose it's the same error). The problem is verified in fglX11WaitSurface. I'll write some of information of memory and registers in "Additional Information". Contact me for any information. I'll be happy to give a hand. | ||||

* BUMP * Any update on this? Does it still happen with a newer driver version? |
|
|
* RE-BUMP * Do new drivers help at all? This is an internal driver issue, so our ability to do anything about it is pretty limited. I'll close this out as not a bug in a of days if no response. |

With new drivers it seems to work fine. It was probably related to the fglrx driver. |

Great. :) Thanks for the update. |
