0001121: FRED2 doesn't work properly with detail boxes

Summary	0001121: FRED2 doesn't work properly with detail boxes
Description	FRED2 doesn't deal with detail boxes all that well. The viewer works ok with the boxes (now it does at least), but there also needs to be a view menu option to render everything, even things which wounldn't show up otherwise. Don't know whether it's best to make this a MR flag or what.
Additional Information	This is just a reminder so I don't forget to fix this for 3.6.9.
