Changeset Fixed the bug with shields where it would consistently display the low detail
shield regardless of what the setting was. Turns out some OGL person was
quite thoughtless in their use of || instead of the correct && for the situation
so the game would always go for low detail shields because OGL and D3D
can't both be active at the same time!
