| Changeset | Proper fix for Mantis 2039. Nebula poof debris ANI usage now based on using any ANI/EFF on nebdeb01-nebdeb04. Doesn't exist on retail but also doesn't conflict or break Retail as these (nor the original "Neb01-64") actually exist, but allows for the same flexible range for the effect as non-nebula has for motion debris. | ||||
