Which cutscenes? What build are you running? Are you using D3D or OpenGL? |

If you're using DivX 6, try uninstalling the DivX toolbar. |

Are you using the MVE or AVI cutscenes (MVE will be used first if they are available)? |

they are avi's and work fine on media player |

Which 3.6.9 build are you using? One of the RCs (and which one)? I did make some changes to the movie code to prevent topmost window issues. If the problem is related to one of those issues then try this build and see if that fixes it: http://icculus.org/~taylor/fso/testing/multi_test.rar |

i have fixed issue was a display problem not the game |
