Summary	0000994: Shockwaves are not preloaded
Description	When shockwave (with mv_adveffects.vp) is created in mission for the first time since mission start it causes major slowdown because of doing something with hard drive. It is hardly swaping, because it is mission independent (no matter how much memory is used in mission). I suppose shockwave is not preloaded initially and being loaded during first time it is displayed.
