| Description | After being hit the shields don't recharge at all. I have tried it in a couple of random missions of different campaigns. It looks like the shields of enemy ships don't recharge either. "the only way to restore shields is to call in a support ship." Still doesn't work with CVS 20060709. I just tried RC4 again, no problem there. |

Alright, I tried a couple of older builds from you warpcore dump: Do the shields recharge? 3.6.9 RC5 - no 20060707 - no 20060706 - no --> 20060705 - yes! --> 3.6.9 RC4 - yes! So for me it happened somewhere between 20060705 and 20060706. It's easy to miss if you don't focus on it, maybe that's why nobody complained about it in the first place. edited on: 07-09-06 16:18 |

I get the same issue with or without mediavps on FS2 and FSPort on RC5. |

Goober submitted some code to CVS which should fix this. I'll punt it over to him so that he gets credit for squashing it though :) |

Actually, Goober is the one who broke it. ;) It is fixed in CVS now though, I just forgot about the bug report. |
