Summary0000885: crashes during gameplay with 3.6.8. beta
DescriptionI played main fs2 campaign and when i play the game, it freezes in random interval, but sounds play. I use 3.6.8. beta with Bobbau engine glows v1.2 and Milliways highexplosive update v2.0 and HR_JUSUB1.0 jump effects update. I use launcher 5.3 and fs2_open_r-20060323.exe executable and opengl. I tried d3d and it is the same. My computer: Athlon XP 2800+, Radeon 9600 PRO 256 MB driver catalyst 5.8., Sound Blaster Audigy 4 sound card. The game just stops running and the sound plays still and display shows static image. i send d3d caps file but i prefer to use opengl. my freespace2 version is 1.20. I use Windows xp professional sp2. good luck

I noticed that when i change game speed to higher level, the game freezes more.
Also when the game freeze, it turn off my mcafee virusscan. Interesting...

FYI: Decals have been disabled in future builds since they're causing way more problems than they're worth right now.

I disabled decals and i think that problem is resolved. Sometimes it crashes too but not every 5 minutes like before. thanx phreak
