| Summary | 0000866: Unable to launch SCP build 3.6.7. It starts the load screen, then posts an error message and crashes. | ||||
| Description | I'm using the basic fs2_open-367.exe file off of launcher 5.3. The message coming up after the load screen dies is this: Error: weapons.tbl(3783): Error: Required token = [$Flags:], found [-1] in weapon: Fury MK IV. File:parse/parselo.cpp Line: 551 [This filename points to the location of a file on the computer that built this executable] Call stack: ----------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------- When I first installed SCP I had Ch.4 of the "Into the depths of Hell" campaign installed, so I figured that the data from that might be causing problems. However, removing the capaign data did not eliminate the error, and I'm not sure what else could be disrupting this. | ||||

This isn't a launcher problem. Unassigning from phreak. |

You are still having rogue tables files somewhere. Search for *.tbl from your freespace directories. |

Okay, I went around and killed the rest of the extra stuff. SCP now works for the base campaign. Thanks. |
