| Summary | 0000843: Targeting goes ballistic | ||||
| Description | While playing Proving Grounds, my targeting goes ballistic. I get a target and begin to shoot. Target changes. Rinse. Repeat. I have to hold target ship in sights to take it out. Makes this mission very difficult. I'm running the Goober exe and the vps on the site. | ||||
| Additional Information | D:\Games\FreeSpace2\fs2_open_G-20050728.exe -spec -glow -pcx32 -jpgtga -rlm -dualscanlines -orbradar -ballistic_gauge -smart_shields -3dwarp | ||||

That's quite an old build. Try a newer one from the Recent Builds forum and see if the problem is still present. |
Do I want CVS builds or tonight's build? |
Any recent one would suffice, but generally the more recent the better. |

I updated builds and I think it's better. For some reason, it skipped Proving Grounds but King's Gambit played fine. I had to restart the campaign to see if Proving Grounds is fixed. I'll probably have an update within a week. |
