I don't think this is a bug. The ammo level is subtracted by 1 for each gunpoint in the bank. |

But its only firing from one gunpoint instead of all of them. Its cheating the player (and AI) lots of ammo |

What exactly does $Cycle do, and who implemented it? |

$Cycle makes primaries shoot from each succesive gunpoint. It was one of bob's changes. |
