Summary0000060: Ship armament reverting to defaults when turrets repaired
DescriptionThis is something I found in the FSPort: You have a ship (say, a Fenris) with
its initial weapons set up as Terran Turrets instead of the normal FS2 beams.
In this scenario, the ship is damaged at the beginning of the mission, so its
turret subsystems are initially set to 0%. Later, a transport docks with the
cruiser and repairs these subsystems. These repaired turrets revert back to
their original ships.tbl armament instead of those specified in the mission.

I tried this using repair-subsystem and set-subsystem-strength and the weapons stayed modified. Are you still having this problem?
