The key question here is probably what resolution you're running at. The HOTU version (without the additional VPs to bring it up to retail) is only designed to run at 640x480, and running at a significantly higher resolution (at or above 1024x768) could easily lead to some real oddities. Try a) running at a lower resolution, b) getting SCP version 3.6.7, and c) trying to locate and install at least sparky_hi_fs2.vp. I could of course be way off here, as I don't see the file you're talking about. |

Misalignment problems are fixed in new builds (such as 3.6.7). Grab a newer build and also make sure that you are using sparky_hi_fs2.vp if you use any resolution that is 1024x768 or above. |
