| Description | If i add more than one entry to the armor.tbl it fails to function (none of the entries work). Multiple calculations under one entry (damage type) also function. Game however runs smoothly, CVS 20/09 build, debug build doesn't complain (again CVS 20/09), FRED 29/09 works fine, but FRED-d (29/09)gives complains. Used table entries can be found from HLP thread. * FRED-d complains even if you have only one entry in the armor.tbl (ie. when it functions). | ||||

In CVS 13/10 armor seems to work just ok. |

My tests with armor.tbl were incomplete. It has basic functions, that is multiple calculations within single damage type entry function as well as multiple armor types. However multiple damage types under same armor type fail to function so at the moment table is limited to 1 damage type/ armor type. As i can get around of this limitations by further table editing i failed to notice it at my preliminary tests. New tests were done with CVS 18/10 and 19/10 |

Sorry I haven't responded to this bug in awhile. I believe that the fix is in CVS, I did something dumb, checking for the tag but not the colon. So if you had said "$Damage Type <Name", rather than "$Damage Type: <Name>", it should've worked. Regardless, it should be the latter, and that shold be in CVS, so give it a shot. :) |

Great work! Now it seems that it is working, multiple armor entries function, multiple damage types function, and multiple calculations also seem to be working. So now it seems ok. This is with CVS 14/11. Though neither shockwave damage nor damage to subsystems use the armor. I'm not sure if this is by intension or not. I put a thread 'Feature request' to HLP/SCP. The armor against shockwaves is of particular interest... |

By all appearences this seems to be fixed from what I read on HLP. |
