Summary0000453: Windowed mode screenshots randomly produce images of background
DescriptionTaking screenshots in windowed mode will randomly decide to take a piture of everything EXCEPT the running exe. It happens randomly, but MOST FREQUENTLY with the Alt-Pause screenshots.

oh yeah, it does trim the screenshot to the area where the window should be, but the window isn't there...

And i have about 500 of those pictures, if anyoneone wants to try to sell them :p ...

Also just noticed, that it saved each picture over and over again... I've got at least 5 of every picture (that came out!)... I thought i just uploaded 20 diferent pictures, minus the 15 or so i lost due to the aforementioned bug, and it turns out i have 6 actual different pictures.

And it does this with OGL but not D3D? Screenshots in D3D windowed mode was only fixed in my last build but it's not an Inferno build. I know you've posted this somewhere before but I don't feel like looking it up: Do you have an ATI or NVIDIA card?

I'll play with this tomorrow if I get the chance. There is one thing in particular I'm thinking which might be related to this, if not the outright cause of it.

I just got thirty-eight of the same picture, and all of the 37 others were taken with alt-pause, so it seems to be linked to that...

Can you try again with one of the CVS builds that redmenace puts out? I recently fixed a problem which could be related to this so this could be fixed now as well.
