| Summary | 0000045: FRED won't close editors windows after minimising them | ||||
| Description | If you open the Ship Eitor or Wing Editor in FRED2 and then minimize it (the editor window, not FRED) it becomes impossible to close those windows, the actual X is greyed out, though you cvan still minimize them. It's utterly trivial ( I'd been using FRED 2 or 3 years before I noticed it) but if it's simple enough to fix, it'd be convenient for the next release. Otherwise don;t worry. Discovered on XP but probably affects all OSes being such a simple bug. BTW, I left the priority at default as I didn't know in which direction to alter it ( Ipresume 1 would be, well, top priority, but no point in stressing you guys out if you're all screwy.) Er, that's a hack, not a real fix. :-/ I'll take a look at it. |

Can we close this? My solution wasnt the best but it worked and got the job done. |

Yeah, this is just stupid. Closing it. Taylor's going to rewrite FRED one day anyway. :P |
