| Description | When I run the 2nd training mission and reach the part the Hygeia support ship comes to rearm me, the whole game slows down. This happens ONLY when the Hygeia itself (not its little HUD counterpart which, by the way, looks entirely different from its in-game counterpart) is in my view. Everything goes slow and there's no recovery from it, apart from moving my own ship away from the Hygeia. I have mv_models.exe installed. | ||||

Little confused, do you mean that it slows down when the Hygeia gets near your ship or when it's in view? The support ship is nearly always out of view but if that is when it happening then you could try deleting the IBX file for it. In the data\cache\ folder delete the file named "support2t-01.ibx". See if it's any better the next time you run the game and try that mission. |

Yes, sorry, I meant the GTS Hygeia, but I wasn't able to edit my post. The bug happens when the ship is in view, not when it gets close to me. I played that training mission again, without deleting support2t-01.ibx, but this time the ship caused no problems, so I really have no idea if it's just a one-time-only incident. |
