| Summary | 0000350: Various HUD elements are strangely arranged. | ||||
| Description | Regardless of what rendering mode I play in or what resolution I use, certain parts of the HUD are slightly off-center. Things like damage reports, mission completion statements, and tutorial instructions are left of center. Also, text scrolls all the way off-screen in game when transmissions are too long (see screenshot). Finally, debriefing text is moved down and to the left of where it normally is and parts are cut off. This really isn't much of an issue, but what IS a problem is that this bug affects my aspect-seeking missile lock (see screenshot). Once again, I'm using build 3.6.5 with -spec -glow -pcx32 -jpgtga -d3dmipmap -nomotiondebris and -snd_preload enabled. | ||||

Non-standard resolutions (anything not 640x480 and 1024x768) aren't supported in 3.6.5 and older for this reason. This has already been fixed in newer builds. |
