| Summary | 0000311: Background distorted when clipping is changed | ||||
| Description | Pretty straightforward. Whenever the player dies (Or my new clipping code is used) the background appears like the 2D projection it is. | ||||
| Additional Information | If the background is rendered after gr_set_clip is called and isn't set to gr_screen.max_w and max_h, the background appears to be in front of the stars and sun and generally looks very 2D. I tried messing around with switching clip_width and clip_height with max_w and max_h (line 1333 of starfield.cpp), but it only resulted in an even more distorted result. I didn't see anything obvious in the lowlevel Direct3D code, either. Probably easy to fix if you know what you're doing, which I didn't. :P | ||||
