Summary0002949: "missile cam" doesn't track a target subsystem correctly
DescriptionIf you target a friendly missile after launch, the target view switches to "missile cam". This view appears to track the target ship centre (vec3d pos) from the missile's location. If the missile is headed for a subsystem nowhere near the ships centre you can see some amusing behaviour, like "time to impact" increasing after you pass the centre, looking backwards from the missiles path, etc.
Steps To ReproduceUse the attached mission (credit to The Trivial Psychic) and fire Siletto II's at laser turrets along the side of the Colossus. After launch, press "t" to target the missile and watch the target window. This is especially noticeable when firing at the forward section of the Colossus from aft of the ship, since the "centre" of the Colossus is towards the back of the model.
Additional InformationHaven't yet checked to see if this is an original :v: bug, or if it was introduced more recently.
