Summary	0002610: $Countermeasure Type Doesn't Work
Description	Pretty much that. Setting a countermeasure type in the ships.tbl (or with .tbm) doesn't actually do anything. I've included a test pack with a new countermeasure type and a mission.
Steps To Reproduce	Play the mission, you must be the Erinyes, and go to external view and launch a countermeasure. If you see the Terran version, it's not working.
