Summary0002505: Opening cutscene not displaying properly
DescriptionThe screen remains black in the opening cutscene until I press escape. The cutscene is rolling and the music is playing though. Once there were bars of severe artifacting on the top and bottom of the screen after pressing esc and the cutscene appearing.

Based on experience, this is likely user or hardware error. I'd need more information though.

Checked in 3.6.12 and the issue is gone. The artifacting is constant now, further investigation reveals it is flickering between the cutscene black bars and the desktop. Debug log and screenshot attached. What other info is needed?

Based on feedback from Klaustrophobia, this isn't happening in 3.6.14 RC3. As such, I will suspend this issue for the time being.
