| Description | No specular lightning in DirectX HTL mode. Everything works fine except this. Tried every launcher option on and off, used many configurations and releases of fs_open, updated drivers and software - nothing helps. Tried radeon catalyst drivers ver. 3.9, 4.3 and 4.7, as well as omega drivers. In OpenGL specular works just fine. | ||||
| Additional Information | PC specs: Win 98 SE Celeron 1700 256MB RAM Radeon 9200 128 fs_open of course 3.6, many releases media VP's from SCP 3.6 installation, tried also others from wiki page sorry for grammar and thanks for all your help! | ||||

Its the Radeon9200 in conjunction with your drivers. |

So... are there any other drivers i should try? Or should i just change the graphics card? If i do, well, i'll just leave FS :(, cause' i don't have cadh for a new radeon. It's no use playin' without the biggest (well, at least the most visible) feature in SCP. The game looks almost the same as clean FS, and it runs slower. Nevertheless i hope there are some drivers that would work. |

umm this is not really a bug. Until ATI fixes the problem this will continue to be the case. Also www.pricewatch.com can get you some deals on video cards. |
