Summary0000237: multiplayer score countin/saving
Descriptionthis is how the scorecount goes atm if i am able explain it understandable way
u start play game with 1000 pts
then play 1 mission that gives 1000 so your score is now 2000
but instead you dont jump off to visit main hall and play 1 more that gives lets say 500pts
in logically u should now have 2500 BUT scp seems to delete that 1000pts mission totally and puts that last flown as valid so stats to say 1500
Additional Informationall builds sofar upto 01082004_r

So it's resetting or deleting scores between games in the same session, if i read that correctly. The host is never dropping back to the main hal, just keeps hosting games from the ingame lobby.

AFAIK this is a client-side bug only and the server [fs2netd] has the right score

So aren't you handling the client side code too?

Can someone ask the multiplayer community if they agree that a server side display being correct is "ok" for now?

This all may become moot if we ever get PXO working again.

Since we don't have a tester list, Kazan, it's pretty much your responsibility to find someone to test this. ;)

Kazan, it's been nearly a week since you posted. You have the responsibility to make sure your fix works. If that includes recruiting testers, then it's your responsibility to recruit testers.
