| Description | Hi: I have a problem, when i start the game, after setting all video options, when i Run the game... my screen start to blink very fast, and i can't select a player or enter in Brief screen... I'm using Windows 7... and OpenGL video option. I try to setting in minimal quality, but is the same problem... i have a good pc. Anyone know why i've this problem?? Thanks. | ||||

Try selecting run in window it's under dev tools in the features tab. You might have a program popping up in the background. If so fix that, turn the flag back off and try again. |

Could be a UAC or firewall notice window causing that. Or maybe just in need of updated graphics drivers, if you're using the OEM ones that's probably the case. |

(This is The E, running around in disguise) Yeah, looks more like a driver issue than anything else. I have seen errors like that on my own system once, when my GPU drivers were somehow broken. Reinstalling them helped. Should that not fix it, please submit further error reports in the FSO Support board on HLP ( http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?board=151.0 ), as it is probably an issue with your setup, and we can deal with those more comfortably on the forum. |
