| Summary | 0000169: Jump In / Jump Out radar colour | ||||
| Description | This is a bug (feature?) that has been there since FS2retail. When a ship is jumping in, a blue blob appears on the radar, then switches to the ship IFF (red / green). However, when the same ship departs again, the blob stays green/red (and does NOT switch to blue 'warping') and suddenly disappears. So instead of blue -> red/green -> blue, it only shows blue -> red/green -> red/green (and vanishes). | ||||

I suspect this is intended or at least it makes sense to me. When a ship is warping in, the IFF hasn't identified it the object yet. When warping out, the IFF has it identified, therefore no reason to change the color. But it probably could be changed easy enough. |

Sorry, lightspeed, this isnt a bug. Push for it as a feature if you like though. |
