Summary	0000160: Unable to run fs2_open with dual monitors
Description	Whenever I attempt to run Freespace 2 with my ATI mach 64 enabled as a secondary video card, FS2 will refuse to run with error "Failed to get init mode AND GETCAPS FAILED". This happens no matter which adapter is selected. However, when I disable the monitor through the Display control panel, Freespace 2 will run as usual. It will run in OpenGL mode no matter what.
Additional Information	I suspect this is because the Mach64 does not support DirectX8. Possible fix: if an unused videocard does not work with DirectX8, fs2_open either just warns the user or ignores the card.
