Summary	0001529: Unable to force-enable HUD with $HUD:
Description	It's not possible to enable the $HUD hook if either the VM_FREECAMERA flag is set, or if hud_disabled() returns true. This should be updated in conjunction with the camera system, possibly by automatically disabling the HUD when a camera is engaged and setting the HUD back to its previous state when all cameras are disengaged.
