| Description | Two bugged missions in fsport so far, one minor, one major. Advanced Training 0000002, ship is supposed to have interceptor missiles, but does not have any secondary weapons at all. Calling in support ship does not reset weapons to what they should be or even to basic loadout (relevant to other bugged mission). Impossible to complete training mission, must be skipped. Interceptors become generally available roughly two missions after this. The problem might be related to this, something called Interceptor#weak appears in the tech room weapons listing but not on the training mission loadout. If training mission were switched forward a mission or two, it could help, or otherwise something else needs fixing. The second buggy mission is the one where you are supposed to capture the Dragon (Arjuna 1) and destroy the Cain class cruiser Shakti. No ship selection or weapons loadout, you are supposed to have some special disruptors, but your ship does not have ANY primary guns at all until you call in support, which resets them to basic loadout of Avenger + ML-16, which in turn makes disabling Arjuna 1 impossible. Before support is called in, you are limited to 10 interceptor missiles, and taking out a Scorpion, 2 Basilisks, 2 Shaitans, 6 Sentry Guns, a Transport, a Freighter and a Cruiser is mighty difficult to do. Other Alpha wing fighters suffer from the same problem. The mission can be completed by calling in Delta wing, which does have working special disruptors, but it does not allow optimal completion and scores. I can provide an example of the second mission once I reach it again, I reverted back to an earlier backup when the problem manifested and then the mission skipped even though I told the game to replay it. If system specs are relevant, Core 2 Duo processor, Asus Nvidia 7900GT graphics card, OS WinXP SP2 fully patched. Game patched today, but training mission still bugged, so presumably the second one is also. | ||||
