Summary	0001429: Unhandled exception in control_get_axes_readings() with no joystick
Description	I'm getting a crash in control_get_axes_readings() when using HEAD builds. Right now I don't have a joystick installed so I suspect that is the reason it's crashing out. The error occurs in the line axis[i] = joy_get_scaled_reading(axes_values[Axis_map_to[i]], Axis_map_to[i]);
