Summary0000140: Shield hits don't render anymore
DescriptionWith the latest nettest builds, shield hits will NOT be rendered. Instead, the shot 'vanishes' in the hull of the enemy ship - the hit sound will be played and shield drained normally, but the visual effect is gone.

This problem is in both D3D *AND* OGL.
I did actually see a bit of shield effect but it was really cut down from what it should have been.
