| Description | I just noticed something strange. When you add attack-any as an allowed order for a ship type, the turrets on that ship from that moment on will no longer attack enemy ships. unless you specifically give the ship an attack-any order. The ship type I modified was cruiser. Once attack-any was there, would no longer engage enemy fighters. Until the attack-any order was added in the mission. | ||||
| Additional Information | I'm not 100% sure this isn't human error. My setup is pretty zany. I have a lot going on. Probably best to change your own objecttypes.tbl and see if you see the problem before going to the trouble of delving into the code. | ||||

I cannot reproduce the error. I update a very simple mission and a very simple table for cruisers. The mission has a friendly Aeolus and an invulnerable hostile Erinyes. The Aeolus has no starting orders but it gets an add-goal>ai-chase-any at time 1:00. The Aeolus fire its flaks and lasers from the beginning. |

MjnMixael couldn't reproduce the issue either. Two tests six years apart, plus possible human error, equals closed bug. |
