It seems that FS2O saves weapon settings when I exit FreeSpace, not just return to flight deck. |

Unless retail didn't do this I don't consider it a bug. Slightly annoying perhaps, but not a bug. There are several rare cases where this behavior is of benefit though, so I don't plan to fix this even with the new pilot file code. You can force a save by going into the campaign room, the ready room, or the barracks and then exiting back to the mainhall. And as you have noted, exiting the game forces a save as well. |
