Summary	0001015: Beam Weapons not firing in Their Finest Hour
Description	As reported here http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,41238 Beam weapons aren't firing in Their Finest Hour. Haven't tested beyond proving that the problem exists though.
