Affected Issues  0002400: Render to texture scripts do not seem to render correctly in 3.6.13 builds.
Changeset From m|m: Fix for Mantis 2400 (RTT rendering broken in current builds). Also changes GL_rendering_to_framebuffer to the more aptly named GL_rendering_to_texture.
