Summary | 0002312: AI requesting invalid model paths
Description | Not quite sure why this is happening, but sometimes, the AI will try to request a path that is invalid. I suspect the cause is some overflow somewhere that somehow overwrites the path number stored in model_subsystem::path_num.

I should note that this issue probably isn't an AI problem per se. While looking for the cause, I could determine that the information from the model file is read correctly in modelread, but can get corrupted subsequently (during Gameplay, that is). |
Is this still present? SCP has fixed a number of the underlying causes of such memory corruption in the last year, so it could very well be resolved already. |
I certainly haven't seen it pop up recently. |
Looks to be fixed, at least no longer readily reproduce able. |
