Summary0002994: Initial Turret Rotation not working in Missions
DescriptionPost 3.7.0 initial turret rotations are working in the lab but not in missions. Reported by Den5 here: http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=86460.0

However, I also see the same thing -- the Unification War mod turrets initially rotate normally in 3.7.0, but adding a BP build or nightly leaves the turret barrels vertical.
Additional InformationDen5 reports "The latest working build is r10054"

This seems to happen consistently with MediaVPs 3.6.12, but not the newest release.

I've confirmed that this commit introduced the issue:
