| Description | There is no reason that generating crcs for a mod should include main files as well. This presents a problem when trying to enter new crcs as the only way to know if they are already entered is to try to enter them and receive a duplicate message. | ||||

That really isn't possible to do and actually have it work properly overall. With numerous hacks and slower game startup it would be possible, but the gain simply wouldn't be worth the (much higher) cost. Eventually I'm going to get back to completing the import feature and that will handle duplicates automatically. When importing the log it would simply skip over duplicates and add only the entries which don't already exist. I never got it working 100% to my satisfaction though and haven't had the time/opportunity to get back to that code for a while. Dealing with it on the admin side, with the import feature, is really the only way to handle this correctly. |
