Summary0002006: Having a mod enabled with no missions can mess up campaign editor and campaign
DescriptionI have a mod enabled that is actually a secondary mod and am using the -mod argument on the command line to launch FRED. There are no mission in the mod they are all in the main data\missions directory. The campaign editor fails to find any missions even when loading an existing campaign. FRED works fine and I can see, load, edit, and save missions.

Attempting to launch the campaign produces a contains no missions error as well but I haven't confirmed the campaign file is valid since I can't open it.

I have verified that this was fixed somewhere along the line. The Campaign editor found all mission files in mod\data\missions, data\missions, and even %appdata%\data\missions when a mod is loaded.
