Disabled multithreaded TCP_Socket in favor of safer single threaded
FS2NetD doesn't kill the game on connection failure now - just gives warning message and effectively dsiables itself until they try to connect again

fixed the lack of ships in the hud targetbox
prevented other functions calls to glColor3ub() from messing
with the color of textures in gr_opengl_render_buffer(). this was causing some
minor rendering bugs
